Lake Tahoe Valet Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Overnight Valet Attendant at the Margaritaville Resort in Lake Tahoe. This is a part-time position that requires working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
About the Role:- This role involves providing exceptional service to guests by greeting and welcoming them, explaining the car retrieval procedure, opening hotel doors, and assisting with luggage.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for filling out valet tickets properly, conducting vehicle damage checks, retrieving and parking vehicles efficiently, and maintaining keys in an organized and secure manner.
- In addition, this role requires maintaining a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times, adhering to AAA Parking's uniform and appearance standards.
- Greet and welcome all guests in a proper manner.
- Explain the car retrieval procedure clearly to guests.
- Open hotel doors for guests and assist with luggage.
- Offer information about services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
- Assist guests with special needs or disabilities.
- Fulfill key responsibilities related to vehicle handling.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BASIC English reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds).
- Flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end customer service role preferred.
- A competitive hourly wage of $17.00 per hour, plus shift differential.
