Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport boards or materials from production zones to specified locations.
  • Prepare the necessary grout type and color as instructed or according to the production specifications.
  • Apply grout to tile joints utilizing appropriate tools such as floats.
  • Remove surplus grout from boards using damp sponges and other materials.
  • Lift, move, sort, carry, or position finished boards in and out of rolling carts.
  • Label boards as directed or according to production guidelines.
  • Operate industrial equipment including sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and rolling carts.
  • Sort and organize materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins based on material classification.
  • Utilize warehouse management and RF systems for picking and packing boards.
  • Ensure boards are secured for shipping to prevent damage.
  • Inspect, utilize, and maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Lift, move, sort, carry, or place materials onto or off pallets or crates.
  • Ensure all pallets and items are accurately labeled.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and assist in other departments as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Certification for forklift, reach truck, and order picker is preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Basic organizational, mathematical, and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols.
  • Ability to manually lift and move 50 lbs regularly and frequently up to and over 100 lbs.
  • Capability to work at varying heights.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.
