Job Summary

The Collector/Adjuster role at Fruit of the Loom, Inc. involves working with customers to collect past-due invoices and resolve deductions in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and investigate customer deductions to determine validity and issue credit memos as necessary.
  • Communicate with customers to collect back deductions for invalid claims and identify internal problems for correction.
  • Collect past-due invoices and maintain open communication with customers to ensure timely payment.
  • Keep manager informed of problems and provide regular updates on collection progress.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills, with experience with Oracle systems a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2+ years of collections/adjustment or related experience.
