Role Summary
The Bartender plays a crucial role in welcoming patrons, processing orders, and providing insightful recommendations to enhance the guest experience. A thorough understanding of the venue's food, beverage, and gaming selections is essential, along with proficient management of cash and financial transactions. This is accomplished by maintaining a warm and inviting demeanor, actively delivering hospitality to all guests, and staying informed about the food, beverage, and gaming offerings.
Specific Duties Include:

- Follow instructions and demonstrate collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Experience in crafting cocktails is preferred.

- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with staff at all levels.
Educational Background:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods, including navigating stairs.
- Capability to travel unassisted as necessary.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
