Job Title: Home Care Aide/Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support for individuals struggling with activities of daily living to developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and personal hygiene.
  • Provide care and supervision to clients, reporting updates to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with clients and families to ensure the best care opportunities.
  • Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Provide medication reminders and respite care as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in personal care or related fields preferred.
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • First Aid/CPR training (preferable).
  • For working with autistic behavioral young clients, CPI/DSP 1,2 - required.
  • Be in good physical condition.
  • Valid Driver License and reliable transportation.
