Job Summary:

FCS, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and licensed clinical psychologist to join our team as a full-time Clinical Therapist. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary outpatient mental health group, you will be responsible for providing psychotherapy, psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to clients
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited program
  • Licensed to practice as a clinical psychologist in Virginia or near completion of license
  • Experience with telehealth services a plus
  • Highly competitive pay with quarterly performance-based bonuses
