Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in workforce authentication engineering with a strong focus on Okta implementations.
- Experience with Zero Trust principles alongside OKTA or Ping Federation.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Enterprise Architecture, Strategy, and IT Security.
- Deep understanding of cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Customer IAM.
- Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified, Ping Certified, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and precision.
- Experience in managing global teams comprising both employees and vendors.
- Proven track record in vendor management and driving Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Familiarity with IAM-related technical security competencies, including Identity Governance, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Microsoft and Active Directory tools for Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and AWS security.
