About the Role:
Innovative Renal Care is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dialysis team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and related health issues
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- IV certification if required by state of practice
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior dialysis experience is preferred
