About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Style Consultant to join our team at Target. As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a compelling and engaging shopping experience for guests by setting and maintaining visually appealing store displays and product arrangements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations to complete their look.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and visual merchandising standards to ensure a consistent and high-quality shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and product planning to ensure a cohesive and engaging store environment.
Requirements
  • Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
