IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our IT team at Hydro-Gear Partnership. This full-time position is based in Sullivan, IL.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our computer servers and systems to ensure reliable operations. They will work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
• Monitor and maintain network and system security to ensure availability
• Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, and intrusion detection systems
• Evaluate and modify system's performance to analyze and isolate issues
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users via help desk tickets

• Minimum 2-year degree in Computer Science or related field with additional experience
• Minimum 5 years of information technology experience with A+ certification or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus

This role offers a salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a compensation plan that includes salary + bi-annual bonus.
