We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Acute Registered Nurse RN. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Deliver dialysis to patients in a hospital setting, working closely with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Provide nephrology care through Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Apheresis.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
- Work in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing patient needs and priorities.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) preferred.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus.
