Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Store Manager at our Alliance Mobile location. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales associates, focusing on store profitability, sales, customer experience, and employee development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring maximum profits and efficient business operations.
  • Coach and develop employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of teamwork and motivation.
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates to fill store positions.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in sales management. Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience.
  • Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
  • Customer management skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
