Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee cart and surrounding areas
  • Handle customer transactions and operate a cash register
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
