Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading, Running, and Unloading the Dish Machine: Safely and efficiently load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Maintaining Dishroom Cleanliness: Keep the dishroom clean and organized, including washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware, and reporting any functional or mechanical problems with the dish machine.
  • Assisting with Cleaning and Organization: Assist other employees in cleaning and organizing the dishroom and kitchen areas, and help to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Trash Removal: Bag and haul dishroom trash to the dumpster, ensuring that the area remains clean and free of debris.
Requirements:
