Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and satisfying experience for all patrons.
• Operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency, handling customer transactions and managing cash and credit sales.
• Serve a variety of food and beverage items, including baked goods, specialty drinks, and other menu offerings.
• Prepare and present food and beverages in a clean and visually appealing manner.
• Restock supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, promotions, and company initiatives to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in food and beverage preparation, customer service, and sales techniques.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
