FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Position Summary: Under general supervision, the Roofing Specialist will work on the production line, performing tasks such as applying felt paper, installing shingles, and wrapping modular homes. This role requires teamwork to ensure quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all assigned manual labor tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Utilize measuring tools accurately.
• Interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Operate hand tools, air tools, and power tools safely.

Qualifications:

• Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in construction or modular housing is preferred.
