Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware and building materials.
  • The ability to lift and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

This position is non-exempt from overtime and offers opportunities for growth within the company based on performance.
