Job Highlights
Epic Travel Staffing is looking for a Travel RN - PCU
Shift Details: Days / 7a-7p, 12x3, 36 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia RN License
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- All traveling nurses are expected to float as necessary within the unit.
- Current patient-to-nurse ratios are 1:5, with a goal of 1:4.
The PCU unit specializes in the care of patients with various medical conditions, including those related to renal health and other medical diagnoses. It also serves as an alternative unit for patients requiring care from Hospitalist Medicine.
Vaccination Requirements:
COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
