Certification Requirements:

Position Overview:
This role involves working as a Mammography Technologist in a mobile setting, providing essential imaging services across various locations. The standard schedule consists of five 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. For those assigned to rotating weekend duties, the schedule will be Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with Saturday hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Monday off.

Work Schedule:
- Regular shifts: M-F 8:30 AM to 5 PM
- Rotating weekends: T-F 8:30 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with Monday off
- Every other weekend and one Saturday per month

Position Details:
- Specialty: Mammography Technologist
- Floating to various locations is required

Transportation:
The position utilizes a mobile mammography van that services multiple areas. Technologists will be responsible for their own transportation to the designated pick-up and drop-off point.

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
- Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- California State Mammography Licensure is mandatory
- Certification from the California Department of Health Services as a Certified Radiologic Technologist is required

Unit Specific Information:
- Unit: Radiology / Cardiology

Additional Information:
- AHA certification is necessary.
- Floating to multiple locations, including specialized centers, is part of the role.
