Behavioral Therapist for Schools - Healthcare Resources & Management Solutions

Position Overview:
Healthcare Resources & Management Solutions is actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists. We offer both part-time and full-time positions to deliver home and school-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents facing autism, intellectual disabilities, and various developmental challenges.

About Us:
We are a clinician-led agency committed to providing a wide range of behavioral services to children and their families. Our approach emphasizes individualized care and respect for both our clients and staff, ensuring a supportive environment for everyone involved.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or RBT certification; candidates without a Bachelor's Degree who are eager to pursue RBT certification are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs, is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM to accommodate school and afterschool cases.
  • Compliance with all training and certification prerequisites is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement tailored programs for clients under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Track and document client progress meticulously.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team, including BCBA and other support staff.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere for clients and their families.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues regarding progress and objectives.
  • Engage in training sessions and professional development to enhance skills.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and best practices in all interactions.
