Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, making product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits products, including their origins, flavor profiles, and industry trends.
  • Assist with the execution of adult beverage category display plans and special in-store promotions, including setting up displays and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and clean store environment, including checking product quality, reviewing "sell by" dates, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identifying any unsafe conditions or issues.
  • Practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and notifying management of any items in need of repair.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of basic math and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
