We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Shahbaz to join our team at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital. As a Shahbaz, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our elderly residents in our Memory Care unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Personal Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Engage Residents: Plan and participate in activities that promote mental and physical stimulation, such as exercise, games, and social events.
- Prepare Meals: Assist with meal preparation and presentation, ensuring that residents receive nutritious and appealing meals.
- Monitor Health: Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the clinical team.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure that the living area is clean, safe, and free from hazards.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure that residents' needs are met.
- Certified Nursing Assistant License: Must be certified as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
- Experience Working with the Elderly: Previous experience working with the elderly population is preferred.
- Basic Life Support Certification: Must be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
