As the Director of Primary Care Revenue Cycle, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes, supervising a team of professionals, and maximizing the collection of third-party receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve billing accuracy and reduce errors
  • Supervise and mentor a team of billing professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of billing processes with other business operations
  • Analyze and report on billing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize revenue cycle performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize revenue

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Minimum of five years' experience in management of third-party primary care services billing, with progressively increasing supervisory experience
  • NextGen experience is preferred
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is preferred
