Job Title: Welding Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welding Supervisor to join our team at Relevante, Inc. in the Rensselaer, IN area. As a Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision over the welding department, ensuring that a quality product is provided in a cost-efficient and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct supervision over the welding department, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Plan and utilize equipment, facilities, and personnel to meet production goals.
  • Manage troubleshooting activity, including systematic resolution of problems and coordination of team resources.
  • Communicate and motivate personnel to maintain and improve performance.
  • Review and approve employee time cards and schedules, including overtime management.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in welding, specifically with all-hands MIG welding.
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
