  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store, including the backroom area, and ensure that all organizational and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws, policies, and procedures, and promote a culture of honesty and integrity.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and Associates, providing progress updates and addressing any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Communication Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors, and to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
