About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic therapy team at Dove Healthcare in Rice Lake. As a licensed PTA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to promote patient recovery and independence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Studies from an accredited college
  • Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Wisconsin
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
