This position is ideal for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Lounge Service Ambassador at American Fix LLC, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking beverage orders, and serving food and beverages.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain beverage orders from guests and enter orders in the point of sales system.
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guests.
  • Maintain knowledge of house drinks and menu items.
  • Offer item suggestions by using suggestive selling techniques (e.g., daily beverage specials).
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience as a Cocktail Server in a similar or related field.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
