Job Overview

Sitnasuak Native Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Retail Clerk to join our team at Bonanza Express Store. As a Retail Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store merchandise and cleanliness, and performing various tasks such as stocking shelves and hauling freight.

About the Position

This is a regular full-time position with varied days and hours of work. Evening and weekend work may be required as schedule demands. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide cashier services to Bonanza Express customers
  • Maintain merchandise and cleanliness of store
  • Stock shelves and maintain in-stock with merchandise
  • Haul freight from truck to storage room
  • Ensure compliance of company policies, procedures, and practices
  • Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
  • High School diploma or GED (General Education Degree)
  • Must be at least 19 years in age to sell tobacco products
  • Must be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs. and lift heavy boxes

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
