Key Responsibilities of the Housekeeper:
  • Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment necessary for housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Become familiar with the cleaning schedules for residents' apartments and communal areas to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Execute janitorial and housekeeping duties, along with minor repairs as assigned.
  • Ensure that all janitorial and repair requests are logged accurately and monitor their completion.
  • Provide laundry services as required or directed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a senior living or similar environment is preferred.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and care to senior residents.
