Job Description

SPT Labtech is a global leader in lab automation products for the life science industry. Our innovative solutions streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt and processing of incoming work orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Master Planner to optimize production schedules and meet quality standards.
  • Establish and track work-in-progress schedules to ensure products meet delivery and quality requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day updates on open orders and respond to customer inquiries on product status.
  • Manage manufacturer and build orders with the Machine Shop to ensure parts are on schedule.
  • Work with Quality Control to prioritize products flowing through the department and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Shipping and Receiving to ensure ordered products are delivered to the correct departments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficient keyboard and computer skills, including functional knowledge of Excel and MS Word.
  • Numerate and accurate, particularly in relation to data integrity.
  • Possess a positive attitude, sensitivity to internal customers' needs, enthusiasm, and exceptional listening skills.
  • Excellent analytical and process flow optimization skills allowing for basic trouble shooting.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate diverse planning situations.
