Work Environment:
Local candidates are preferred. The selected individual will be required to work onsite for four days a week, with one day allocated for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a profound knowledge of system architecture, networking principles, and infrastructure design. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, enabling the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable systems and networks while adhering to best practices and security protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 15 years in system engineering, network administration, or a similar capacity.
- Expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows/Active Directory environments.
- Hands-on experience with network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points.
- Strong grasp of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure).
Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications such as MCSE: Core Infrastructure, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role in a complex IT landscape.
- Proficiency with Windows Server operating systems, including versions 2016, 2019, and 2022.
- Familiarity with databases like SQL and Azure SQL, covering installation, configuration, and basic administrative tasks.
- Understanding of system security principles, including intrusion detection systems and best practices for securing IT infrastructure.
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including VLANs, Trunking, and Performance Tuning.
- Experience in firewall administration, including setup, management, and oversight of IDS/IPS and VPNs.
- Familiarity with Antivirus and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions, with experience in Crowdstrike being advantageous.
- Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based backup solutions, with proficiency in Veeam Backup being a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office 365) administration, including user management, license provisioning, and security configuration.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure administration, including resource management, networking, and security.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint (Intune) administration for managing endpoints and enforcing security policies.
- Experience in VMware ESX and vCenter administration, including virtual machine provisioning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
