Chemistry Educator

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated High School Science Teacher to join our team at Hazelwood School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to high school students and will be expected to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of Chemistry and education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Teaching Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
