Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients with tracheostomy tubes and g-tubes
• Perform wound dressing and other skilled nursing tasks
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
Requirements:
• LPN or RN licensure in the state of NJ
• Experience in skilled nursing care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 6AM-3PM
• Friday: 11PM-7AM
Benefits:
