About the Role

Rexel USA, a leading distributor of electrical supplies, services, and solutions, is seeking an experienced Delivery Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering products to/from customers, company branch/warehouse locations, and company suppliers in a delivery van or box truck.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspections and Maintenance: Inspect company vehicle for visual and operating defects, complete daily inspection reports, and ensure timely maintenance.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load/unload vehicles; verify material quantities and types, ensuring accuracy before departure.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all appropriate documentation is thoroughly completed at the time of delivery, including delivery receipts signed by customers, packing lists, and branch/warehouse manifests.
  • Material Returns: Pick up material returns from customers, inspect condition, and verify quantities and catalog numbers.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Valid Driver's License.
  • Age: At least 21 years old.
  • Background Check: Pass pre-employment and annual review of Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Medical Certificate: Obtain non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire.
