We are seeking a highly skilled Chemist I to join our innovative team at a Fortune 500 company in Clark, New Jersey. As a key member of our Research and Development team, you will be responsible for formulating and developing new products, as well as improving existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new product formulations
- Conduct stability testing and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product specifications
- Provide creative solutions to issues that arise during the product development process
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a positive attitude
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in formulation and product development
- Strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills
