We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixology Expert to join our team at ClubCorp. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our Members and guests have a memorable experience at our bar.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all Members and guests have a positive experience at the bar.
- Prepare and serve beverages to Members and guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the storage and handling of beverages and supplies.
- Assist with the service of food and beverages to Members and guests, adhering to ClubCorp standards of service.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our beverage menu, including daily features and specials.
- Accurately execute Member and guest orders and requests in a timely fashion.
- Know Members' names and greet them promptly in a manner that provides a warm welcome and makes them feel at home.
- Ensure daily assignments and side work are complete in respective areas to meet Club standards.
- Assist fellow Employees, Members, and guests to ensure delivery of the Three Steps of Service without being directed.
- Notify management of Member and guest complaints at the time they occur and practice good service recovery by rectifying any complaints as soon as possible.
- Complete additional duties as assigned periodically by management.
- A high school diploma is preferred.
- Previous Food and Beverage experience is preferred.
- An alcohol and food safety awareness certificate is required.
- Excellent communication skills and articulate speech are essential.
- The ability to follow instructions well is necessary.
- You must always perform at the highest level of ethical work standards.
- You must be comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.
