**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring individualized attention and tailored treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment progress, and any changes or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to address questions, concerns, or preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain expertise and deliver exceptional care.
**Requirements & Qualifications:
- A degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- At least 9 months of experience in nephrology nursing, preferably with hemodialysis expertise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- A strong passion for working with patients with end-stage kidney disease and their families.
**Salary:** We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
