Job Summary:

The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat language, speech, and swallowing disorders in children and adults. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose language, speech, and swallowing disorders in children and adults
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide speech therapy services in a home health setting
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited college/university
  • Current and unrestricted SLP license to practice in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • NPI number
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One (1) year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in an acute care setting
  • Pediatric experience preferred
