Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating their progress.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery, including communicating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant data to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote patient-centered care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience in a family medicine or primary care setting.
- Certification in a specialty area, such as pediatrics or gerontology.
