We are seeking an exceptional individual for a challenging career opportunity as a Career Navigator. This role acts as a liaison between our clients and providers for telemedicine visits. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using computer applications.

About the Role:

The Career Navigator will facilitate telemedicine visits between clients and providers, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist clients with any issues that may arise during the visit. This is a flexible shift-based schedule based on the Navigator's availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate telemedicine visits between clients and providers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues associated with the telemedicine platform
  • Assist clients with any issues that may arise during the visit
  • Copy/paste notes into client electronic health records
  • Effectively communicate with clients

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills along with good decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and speech)
  • Proficient in the use of Excel and experience with web applications (Zoom) preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
