Key Responsibilities

* Operate and maintain CNC Swiss machines to produce precision parts.
* Set up machines, including loading materials and inputting programming instructions.
* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and technical specifications.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
* Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
* Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
* Document production activities and maintain accurate records for quality control and inventory management.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC Swiss machines.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
* Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup.
* Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with CNC equipment.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Ability to lift and handle materials and tools as required by the job.
