Job Description

This role involves working under the supervision of a licensed Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services to clients. Your responsibilities will include implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with the therapy team to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement therapy activities and exercises as directed by the SLP.
  • Implement IEP goals and objectives as directed by the SLP.
  • Provide direct therapy services across all levels and serve a range of disorders.
  • Monitor and document client progress, complete daily notes, and report findings to the SLP.
  • Prepare and organize materials for therapy sessions.
  • Assist the SLP during evaluations and assessments.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and modify individualized treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families to provide support and information.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background in speech and language pathology, or a related field. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients with various speech and language disorders, as well as experience developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. A strong understanding of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy is also essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
