Job Title: Maintenance Generalist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Generalist to join our team at CCG Business Solutions, LLC. As a Maintenance Generalist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide maintenance support to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and team.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
  • Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
  • Safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment.
  • Effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals.
  • Minimize downtime due to equipment failure.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of mechanic work experience documented in the work history section of the application or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program.
  • Basic computer skills necessary for logging information, processing daily work orders, and completing required documentation.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally; ability to lift 20 lbs. frequently.
  • Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 12 hours per day.
  • Ability to work in confined and tall spaces, walk, climb, utilize a ladder, operate a lift, bend, and stoop.
  • Repetitive gripping, pushing, and pulling.
  • Frequent overhead work.
  • Temperatures inside the plant may vary from -25 degrees to over 100 degrees; outside work may also be needed.
Work Schedule:

You will be required to work a rotating schedule from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM, with a 3-day weekend every 5 weeks. Compensation is determined by our hiring manager based on skill level and experience, with 8 different pay grades available for advancement.
