**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Omni Inclusive. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our corporate Active Directory infrastructure and identity management strategy.

About the Role:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Online, SharePoint Services and Server, Active Directory, Terminal Server, IIS Server, as well as experience with PowerShell, System Center Configuration Manager, and other scripting languages.

You will be responsible for evaluating new products, designing systems, maintaining Active Directory and identity management infrastructure, and troubleshooting server or systems issues. Additionally, you will define and implement policies, procedures, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership for Windows servers, features, and roles, including DHCP, DNS, WINS, IIS, Client, and Active Directory configuration and network performance.
  • Perform systems health checks, capacity planning, and log analysis.
  • Manage Windows Active Directory infrastructure for over 5,000 users across all locations and data centers.
  • Troubleshoot Active Directory performance, authentication, and replication issues.
  • Group policy management, including updating and managing password policies, and CIS benchmarks.
  • Implement low-level delegation of access within Active Directory.
  • Maintain and support a secured and compliant PCI environment.
  • Understand Active Directory security audit data points and best practices for security settings.
  • Analyze and resolve problems related to access control, user administration, and operating system security.
  • Federated Identity Management, Azure ADFS, and third-party federated services.
  • Office 365 Suite management, including Skype for Business, Yammer, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Ensure alerts and monitoring are in place and responded to in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate, participate in, and demonstrate disaster recovery tests for critical systems.
  • Create and maintain support documentation, asset inventory, and technical drawings of the enterprise infrastructure.
  • Ensure incident and change management processes are followed and impacted teams are communicated with appropriately.
