We are seeking Experienced Title Clerks with dealership experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Weekly reconciliation and maintenance of general ledger schedules.
  • Processing of new and used vehicles for state registration.
  • Preparation of tax and title documentation.
  • Submission of all legal transfer documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
  • Verification of out-of-state titles.
  • Compilation and maintenance of a comprehensive list of outstanding title work.
  • Signing over titles for wholesalers who have completed payment.
  • Staying informed about title regulations through seminars and training.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and organized workspace.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of Electronic Vehicle Registration (EVR) is essential.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a dealership setting is required.
  • High school diploma is necessary.
  • Effective verbal communication skills in one-on-one interactions.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening and background check is mandatory.
