We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Manager to join our team in Yuma, AZ. This is a Temp-to-Hire position with a competitive hourly rate of $20-$30. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 3 years of supervisory experience.
About the Role
The Financial Manager will be responsible for managing plant activities with general accounting, coordinating information & activities with plant policies, and preparing annual budgets. Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain & update standard product costs, review all A/P packages for accuracy, and support Plant manager's leadership team with analysis & cost reporting.
Requirements
- A minimum of a BA/BS Degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
- Broad Financial knowledge base.
- Good Computer system proficiency.
- Working knowledge of non-financial disciplines & systems.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
