Nurse - Acute Care Specialist

Providence Health & Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care Float Team. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Acute Care setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- One year of experience in acute care nursing.
