Radial, a leader in omnichannel commerce technologies and operations, is excited to announce an opening for an Ecommerce Fraud Analyst. Our omnichannel solutions leverage advanced technology and analytics to enhance the end-to-end e-commerce processes, reducing costs for our clients while improving the consumer experience.

Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Ecommerce Fraud Analyst is to conduct thorough reviews of online transactions to assess their legitimacy. This role involves engaging with customers and customer service to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly evaluate multiple data points to make informed decisions that affect our clients and their customers.
  • Investigate and identify connections between fraudulent transactions to dismantle fraud networks.
  • Communicate with customer service and customers through various channels, assisting analysts with customer escalations.
  • Enhance overall operational efficiency by managing queue volumes effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to discuss new and emerging fraud trends.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work according to business needs, including weekends.
  • (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; high school diploma required.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team.

Travel Requirements:

  • This position is not remote.
  • No travel is required.

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Availability for additional hours as needed.
