Physical Therapist Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our esteemed rehabilitation team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and exercises to address patient-specific needs and goals.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and their families about exercise regimens, home care, and strategies for enhancing physical function and mobility.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and effective patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and incorporate evidence-based techniques into treatment plans.
- Adhere to hospital policies, maintain patient confidentiality, and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Mexico.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred, with a solid understanding of physical therapy techniques and modalities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
