About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding grooming experiences. As a Barber at Paulie's Professional Barber Shop, you will play a vital role in making each client feel valued and satisfied with their visit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, preparing them for their haircut, and cutting and styling their hair to their specifications. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential in this role.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Greet clients and welcome them to the shop
  • Prep clients for their haircut, gathering information on desired styles and preferences
  • Cut and style clients' hair to their specifications
  • Engage in friendly conversation with clients, building rapport and trust
  • Keep your station clean and organized, adhering to sanitation and safety standards

Compensation Package: Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
